Is there a free trial?
Yes. Teams under 20 people get one pulse survey with no credit card required. You get the full experience: anonymous survey, always-on feedback, and your interactive dashboard. After your first survey, a paid plan is required to continue.
How does billing work?
Monthly billing is charged on the same date each month. Cancel anytime — no penalty, no lock-in. Annual billing is charged upfront for 12 months and saves 10% versus monthly. That is the only discount we offer. No promo codes, no negotiated rates — all customers pay the same price.
What's included in the DISC Platform?
The DISC Platform includes Communication Coach, Team Dynamics breakdown, Org Chart with DISC styles, DISC Edu, and Pairing Tips. At least one DISC Assessment per person is required to unlock the platform for that person. Once unlocked, access is ongoing via the monthly seat licence.
How does the DISC Assessment work?
Each person completes a 12–15 minute questionnaire and receives a full DISC profile — communication style, decision-making tendencies, stress responses, and natural strengths — delivered as a personal one-pager to their inbox within minutes. It is a one-time charge per person with no renewal or expiry. Once the profile has been delivered, no refunds are available.
How does seat billing work?
You are billed on active seats. Adding seats mid-cycle is prorated to the next billing date. Removing seats takes effect at the next renewal. The DISC Assessment is a one-time charge per person — it is not a recurring seat.
