What does Culture OS add that the starter tiers don't?

Culture OS adds custom surveys, onboarding surveys, offboarding surveys, quarterly survey automation, and full expert analysis across every construct each quarter. Engagement and DISC Dash give you the core measurement and communication layers. Culture OS makes them a single operating system.

Can I start on Engagement or DISC Dash and upgrade to Culture OS later?

Yes. Upgrade any time and you only pay the difference for the remainder of your term. Data, dashboards, and DISC profiles carry over.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Teams under 20 people get one pulse survey with no credit card required. You get the full experience: anonymous survey, always-on feedback, and your interactive dashboard. After your first survey, a paid plan is required to continue.

Why is everything billed annually?

One annual commitment keeps the cadence honest. Engagement programs work when they run every quarter, not when someone runs one survey and cancels. Annual billing is charged upfront for 12 months. No promo codes, no negotiated rates. All customers pay the same price.

Can I just buy the DISC Assessment by itself?

Yes. Anyone can buy the $45 DISC Assessment at any time. On its own, it delivers a personal DISC profile and PDF. Without DISC Dash or Culture OS, it's a standalone assessment with no Team Dynamics dashboard, Communication Coach, or org chart.

How does the DISC Assessment work?

Each person completes a 12 to 15 minute questionnaire and receives a full DISC profile covering communication style, decision-making tendencies, stress responses, and natural strengths. It is delivered as a personal one-pager to their inbox within minutes. One-time charge per person. No renewal, no expiry. Once the profile has been delivered, no refunds are available.

How does seat billing work?

You are billed annually on active seats. Adding seats mid-term is prorated to your renewal date. Removed seats take effect at the next renewal. The DISC Assessment is a one-time charge per person, not a recurring seat.
