The full picture of your team. Plus the playbook for what to do about it.
Engagement data shows you what's working and what's not. DISC profiles tell you how to talk to each person about any of it. Onboarding, custom, and offboarding surveys catch the problems early enough to fix.
One platform. For teams of 5 to 500. $11 per seat, per month.

The math
Culture problems are already costing you. This costs a fraction.
Gallup's 2026 State of the Global Workplace report puts the cost of disengagement at $10 trillion globally, or 9% of GDP. ADP pegs the cost per disengaged employee at $2,246 per year.
Culture OS is $132 per seat per year.
That's 6% of what one disengaged employee already costs you. You spend the 6 to claw back the other 94.
What it is
What is Culture OS?
Culture OS is an employee experience platform for teams of 5 to 500. It measures how your team feels, profiles how each person works, and runs every survey across the employee lifecycle so leaders see issues before they cost them anyone.
Three layers in one platform.
Engagement
28 metrics across 8 categories. Quarterly pulse plus always-on anonymous feedback. AI anonymization with human review.
Behavior
DISC profiles for every team member, available to the whole team. Team Dynamics view, pairing tips, and a Communication Coach that drafts messages tuned to the recipient.
Lifecycle
Onboarding surveys you can run whenever, with presets at day 1, 30, 60, and 90. Custom surveys built by you. Offboarding surveys on every exit.
The loop
How the system runs across a year
Every team member moves through the same loop. Culture OS sits at every point.
Day one onward
Onboarding surveys catch early misalignment before it turns into attrition. Defaults at day 1, 30, 60, and 90. Change the cadence whenever you need to.
Every quarter
Pulse survey across the 8 categories. Trends, benchmarks, and expert analysis written directly into the dashboard.
Any day
Always-on anonymous feedback. Employees submit when something happens, not just when a quarter rolls around.
When someone leaves
Offboarding survey captures what drove the decision. Most companies learn this too late or never.
Underneath all of it
DISC profiles tell every person on the team how to talk to every other person about any of it.

Engagement layer
See what your team thinks
28 metrics. 8 categories. One pulse a quarter plus a feedback channel that's open every day in between.
Every free-text response is anonymized by AI and reviewed by a human before it reaches a leader. That's the moat. Most engagement surveys are a checkbox exercise your people don't trust, so you never get honest feedback. We solved that. Your team trusts the anonymity, so they tell you the truth.
Healthy, watch, at risk. Every category lands on a five-second read. Full expert analysis on every category, every quarter, written directly into the dashboard.
The 8 categories
Behavioral layer
Understand how each person on your team works
Most engagement platforms tell you what's wrong. Culture OS tells you what's wrong and how to talk to each person about fixing it.
Every team member completes a 12 to 15 minute DISC assessment once. The behavioral layer is open to the entire team, not just management. Anyone can pull up a teammate's profile, prep for a conversation, or run a pairing brief before a project starts. Managers get the most out of it. Everyone gets something.
Team Dynamics flags where a department is missing a behavioral style. A leadership team that's 100% Dominance and 0% Conscientiousness will make a specific kind of mistake. The dashboard names it before you make it.
Pairing tips brief any two people on the team for how to work together. Manager and direct report. Two peers on a project. A new hire and a tenured teammate.
The Communication Coach drafts messages tuned to the recipient's DISC style. You write what you mean. It rewrites it the way they'll hear it.

Lifecycle surveys
Run any survey, any time you need to
Quarterly engagement isn't the only thing your team needs to tell you.
Onboarding survey automation
Presets at day 1, 30, 60, and 90, with full control to run whatever cadence fits your team.
Offboarding surveys
Every departure, voluntary or not. Capture what drove the decision while it is still fresh.
Custom surveys
Build your own. Same anonymization layer as the pulse.
This is where most teams get the highest ROI fastest. Catching one wrong hire in their first 60 days saves more than a year of Culture OS for 50 seats.

Trust
What you're trusting us with
Two-layer anonymization
Every survey response runs through two layers. AI strips identifying details from free-text answers. A human verifies the AI got it right before any leader sees the response.
Honest benchmarks
Your dashboard benchmarks against two things: your own history quarter over quarter, and published engagement research for companies your size.
Your data stays yours
We don't share your data. We don't sell anonymized data. We don't train models on your team's feedback.
Pricing
$11 per seat, per month. Billed annually.
For teams of 5 to 500. Activating a seat requires a one-time $45 DISC assessment for that person. After that, the seat runs.
No long contracts beyond the annual term. Add or remove seats during the year, pro-rated.
FAQ
Questions teams ask before they sign up
What's the minimum team size?
Five seats. Teams under 20 can run a single free pulse on the Engagement layer to try it before paying.
Do I have to use DISC?
To activate a seat in Culture OS, yes. The behavioral layer is what makes the engagement data usable. Without DISC you have a diagnosis and no plan.
How long does setup take?
About a week. DISC assessments take 12 to 15 minutes per person and run async. The engagement dashboard is configured during onboarding.
Who sees the survey results?
Whoever you choose. Default is the account admin and any leaders you designate. Free text is anonymized before any of them see it.
Can we add or remove seats during the year?
Yes. Pro-rated.
How is this different from Culture Amp or Lattice?
Three differences. We human-review every free-text anonymization. They can't run that at their scale. DISC is integrated into the same platform, not an add-on or a partner. Pricing is per-seat at small-team scale, not enterprise quotes.
What happens if someone leaves the company mid-year?
You remove their seat. Their data is archived for your historical reporting. Their personal DISC profile stays with them as a PDF.
