How long does the survey take for employees?

Around 8 to 10 minutes. We keep it short on purpose. Longer surveys get abandoned and produce worse data.

Is it really anonymous?

Yes, completely. Individual responses are never visible to managers or administrators. We only surface aggregated results, and for small teams we apply additional protections to prevent identification.

What's free vs. paid?

Teams under 20 people get a full survey and report completely free. Larger teams and organizations wanting quarterly tracking, team segmentation, or a expert results debrief are on a paid plan.

How often should we run the survey?

Quarterly is the sweet spot for most teams. Frequent enough to track change, infrequent enough that employees take it seriously each time.

What questions are in the survey?
