How long does the survey take for employees?
Around 8 to 10 minutes. We keep it short on purpose. Longer surveys get abandoned and produce worse data.
Is it really anonymous?
Yes, completely. Individual responses are never visible to managers or administrators. We only surface aggregated results, and for small teams we apply additional protections to prevent identification.
What's free vs. paid?
Teams under 20 people get a full survey and report completely free. Larger teams and organizations wanting quarterly tracking or expert dashboard annotations are on a paid plan.
Do I get expert interpretation of results?
Yes, on paid plans. Engagement includes light annotations on headline findings each quarter, posted directly to your dashboard. No meetings required. Full expert analysis across every construct is a Culture OS feature.
Can I add onboarding or offboarding surveys?
Not on the Engagement plan. Onboarding surveys, offboarding surveys, custom surveys, and survey automation are Culture OS features. You can upgrade at any time and only pay the difference for the remainder of your term.
How often should we run the survey?
Quarterly is the sweet spot for most teams. Frequent enough to track change, infrequent enough that employees take it seriously each time.
