The Journey:
Why We Started
After years in HR and people strategy, we kept seeing the same problem... no one was measuring engagement or culture like any other performance metric.
Annual surveys gave data too late.
Consulting projects gave advice with no way to track if it worked.
Leaders were left trying to fix problems without clear KPIs or proof of progress.
That’s why we built Quokka Hub. The platform that helps small and growing businesses understand their people and act on insights every quarter.
And to support that mission, we provide hands-on guidance and strategic partnerships that help teams.
